Many local beaches continued to fish well for most species this past weekend and week and there have been plenty of hungry bream and whiting about if you can catch their preferred food - the humble beach worm. Also some big flathead were still off the beaches engulfing large baits thrown out for mulloway.

Still plenty of smaller school size jews but again the bigger brothers have been playing very hard to find let alone take a bait. It should only be a matter of keeping moving and fish those gutters at differing tide times.
