Kerr was an under 20s star, representing the Queensland under 20s side and has shown impressive development throughout his time at the Dragons while playing in the NSW Cup. The one-year contract extension will see Kerr remain at the club until the end of 2019.
"We'd like to think he's going to play some first grade games this year,” Dragons recruitment manager Ian Millward said. “And then in 2019 we expect him to be a player who really pushes some of our more experienced players.”
Lovodua represented Fiji at the 2017 World Cup and has received a development contract.
“He's a versatile player and we see him developing as a utility player down the track which is why we wanted to get him in that full-time environment as quick as possible," Millward said.
