The three-bedroom homes at 648 Lawrence Hargrave Drive and 650 Lawrence Hargrave Drive, Coledale are set to be auctioned on March 17.
The vendor originally purchased the properties as one three-acre vacant block in 1990 for $210,000.
Today, the median price for a three-bedroom house in Coledale is $1.418 million.
Selling agent, Monique Napper from The Agency said these neighbouring properties provide the opportunity to create your own private sanctuary individually on separate titles, or alternatively purchase the entire parcel of land.
“This Hamptons-style beach house and single-level brick home are arguably the finest beachside properties and building parcels of land of their size in the northern Illawarra area,” she said.
“(It offers) over 3.5 acres of sought-after coastal land with a number of picturesque building envelopes.
“This hidden oasis is awaiting new owners with the potential of constructing dual beach houses or holiday homes (subject to council approval).”
Features include wrap-around balconies, two horse stables, paddocks and swimming pool.
