The property at 58 Princes Highway, Thirroul is set on 17.25 acres.
It will be auctioned on Tuesday, March 27.
Featuring five bedrooms, three bathrooms and four-car garaging, it has a price guide of $2.1 million to $2.3 million.
The home has been owned by the Bradley family for the past 14 years.
Mark Bradley is the creator and owner of ‘The Three Waiters’, touted as the “most successful corporate, private event and wedding singing waiters surprise act in the world”.
It employs more than 100 high-end classical singers worldwide.
The opera-themed ‘The Three Waiters’ have performed more than 12,000 shows in 90 countries.
Mr Bradley has also been a world-travelling photographer, working for the likes of National Geographic and Disney.
Son Finn, 12, is an aspiring musical theatre performer.
Last year, he landed his first professional role in Miracle City, alongside ARIA Award-winning singer Missy Higgins, at the Sydney Opera House.
Built over three levels, the home features high ceilings, timber flooring, fireplaces, expansive outside decking and a sense of secluded country-style luxury.
“It’s a fantastic place for entertaining,” Mr Bradley said of the home.
“Also, about four-and-a-half acres are cleared, and the rest is pristine forest.”
Other features include two large master bedrooms with en suites, three individually styled bedrooms, two large kitchens, dedicated study, dedicated bar, a machinery shed with additional garaging, large swimming pool and heated jacuzzi.
“The attraction is that it’s a country lifestyle estate that’s literally five minutes from the beach and 60 minutes south of Sydney,” selling agent, Belle Property Wollongong principal Darren Kay said.
“It’s a rarity in itself, so we are attracting quite a number of buyers from the south of Sydney… And there’s a lot of local interest as well.
“It’s rare to find an acreage property so close to the beach.”
