Nitro Circus spokesperson Nathan Brown said they expected about 10,000 fans will head to the stadium for ‘The Next Level Tour’ .
Mr Brown said although rain earlier in the week had slowed preparations, they started setting up at 6am on Friday.
“The touring party is 55 people, which includes the athletes,” he said. “Then for local labour we hire about 60 local stage hands.”
Nitro Circus returns to Wollongong with a daring FMX Big Air Ramp that will launch motorbike riders more than 60 feet into the air.
Pastrana will also be returning and show-off the ramp he’s built and tested in his backyard – the first time it will have left the US.
Gates open to the general public at 3pm with the show to start at 4pm.
