Event founder Joshua Tree said It's a Blokes Lunch 2018 will feature Dragons, Blues and Indigenous All Stars rugby league star Jamie Soward. Sydney Sixers, Blues and Australian cricket star Doug Bollinger and Bachelorette's star and Movember ambassador Sasha Mielczarek.
Mr Tree said there will also be a mystery fourth panelist. The decision to hold the lunch focusing on men’s health was made after 200 people attended the first It’s A Blokes Lunch at the Novotel last November.
Mr Tree, of Better You Health Group, and others involved are planning to hold it for a second time to promote men’s health and encourage men to get a check up and talk to other men about their health.
It’s A Blokes Lunch has partnered with Prostate Cancer Foundation Australia and mental health charity Livin this year.
The CEO of Livin is Sam Web who was on the first season of Australian Survivor and is attending.
Tickets are on sale at www.itsablokeslunch.com.
Mr Tree is keen to hear from any businesses and community partners interested in supporting the event on November 2.
Information is being regularly updated on the It’s A Blokes Lunch Facebook page and website.
Funds raised will support various men’s health organisations, health services and programs such as Prostate Cancer Foundation Australia and Livin.
