A teenager accused of making explosives at his Sanctuary Point home the day after allegedly threatening another person has denied all charges.Joshua Robert Morris, 18, of Auster Cres, Sanctuary Point, faced Nowra Local Court yesterday charged with two counts of possessing, supplying or making an explosive for an unlawful purpose, and with stalking and using a telephone to harass a person.Documents presented to the court stated the stalking and harassment charges related to alleged incidents on September 11, the day after Morris turned 18.The following day he allegedly gathered ingredients needed to make explosives, using recipes sourced from the internet. When Morris was asked to enter a plea yesterday, his father Keith, who was standing beside his son, said, "We're contesting the whole lot."He also asked if his other sons, Ethan and Scott, could be forced "to definitely attend court" during future appearances, but was told there was a particular legal process to follow to make that occur.Morris was not represented by a lawyer at the hearing. The case was adjourned until October 23, however Morris also asked for his bail to be varied. His bail conditions include requirements to not leave Sanctuary Point unless accompanied by a parent, and to report to Huskisson Police Station three days a week.Morris said he was not always able to get a parent to accompany him, particularly as his father had suffered a major stroke and was severely limited in his mobility. The bail conditions were varied, allowing him to travel to and from the Huskisson Police Station unaccompanied.
