You'll need the right fingerprints to get through the doors of this place but once inside there is little else to tax the body or brain.Welcome to one of the Illawarra's most opulent homes, where even the stars will twinkle on automated command.Anthony and Kellie Kosseris, of the Belmorgan Group, paid $285,000 for the vacant 4397sqm Gooyong St, Mt Keira site in January 2000, then set about building a high-tech abode fit for James Bond.Yesterday it hit the market with $4 million expectations.Agent Simon Kersten, of Colliers International, estimates the home's kitchen cost $200,000 alone. Here, as in every room, the temperature, light, music and blinds are controlled by a pricey automation system called C-Bus."There are fingerprint readers at all the entry points," Mr Kersten said."The automation is tied into the security system, so you can give certain people rights at certain times of the day - the cleaner can only come in between 12 and 4pm on weekdays, for example."The home's underground level includes a sound-proof music studio and a garage with room for six to eight cars. Its wall of glass doors open onto a two-lane 25m lap pool. But beware, the skirt-clad dinner guest: a glass-paned section of the ceiling above the lap pool makes a see-through floor out of the dining room.Safer seating is to be had from a 10-chair private cinema, complete with a custom-made ceiling dotted with 700 fibre-optic lights that can be made to twinkle or shine. For real stars, up to 100 guests can be accommodated on a rooftop terrace with panoramic views over the Illawarra. The terrace is accessible only by an in-house lift, though almost 1000sqm of balconies open out from every room.Other features include a fully equipped gym - with a pole, for pole dancing - spa, and sauna.Despite the staggering price tag, Mr Kersten has arranged viewings for several parties today."You couldn't build this for $4 million. It's just a matter of finding the right person who wants these things," he said.Last week the Mercury revealed the Belmorgan companies behind a number of high-profile Illawarra development sites owed more than $240 million to lenders and creditors almost 18 months after liquidators were appointed.
