We are proud to have developed and maintain our own proprietary Business Management System (BMS) that all of our team in the office, as well as our contract technicians in the field have access to. This system is extremely user friendly and allows for everyone to have the same up to date information and database, no matter where in Australia they are.
We have also developed a smartphone app that is linked directly to a technician’s file in the system, so they have everything available to them, on the go!
Being independent contractors, the technicians have full control over their calendar and service area and this is all managed within the BMS, in real time.
