Full job description

This established business is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team. This role is a permanent role and based out of their Fairfield Site. The hours are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. You will be onboarded from home but eventually you will be required to work from the office

Your new role

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Payroll for 15 people
  • Cover reception when required
  • Administration duties

What you will need to succeed

  • Must be able to use MYOB
  • Strong administrative background which includes intermediate knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously
