Your new company
A company have an immediate requirement for a NSW trade qualified Carpenters to work across a portfolio of buildings and assets in Sydney’s CBD.
Your new role
In this role you will be carrying out all-round general maintenance across a range of assets, which include the following:
- Maintenance and installation of partitions, counters, cabinets and flooring
- Maintenance and installation of window shades, venetian blinds, and curtain rods, wall fans, and door locks for tenants.
- Repair of damaged ceiling tiles, floor tiles and wall coverings
- General reporting Client liaison Other related Carpentry duties
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a NSW trade qualified Carpenter, have previous maintenance Carpentry experience, good communication skills and basic computer skills.
