We are looking for people with the ability to multi-task and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Details:

  • Full-time opportunities available
  • Monday to Friday 8am - 7:15pm | Full availability required
  • Located in our Wollongong office
  • Attractive incentive structure
  • In-depth training with further development opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities:

On a daily basis, you will be providing high-level customer service and building rapport as the first point of contact in assisting customers and resolving their complaints.

  • Interact with customers by phone to build relationships by demonstrating a personal interest and facilitating requests
  • Achieve Customer Service Excellence by understanding and practising the client's customer service standards
  • Actively work towards targets with an attractive incentive structure, in a professional manner. 
  • Advocating for Customers to find solutions of their complaint
  • Achieve or exceed performance targets

What we are looking for:

  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a busy environment
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to communicate with and relate to a wide range of people
  • Customer Service/Complaints experience is desired, but not essential
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Resilient personality who is committed to help resolve customer issues
  • A team player with a passion for customer service
