As part of our commitment to 5-star service, we offer a courtesy driving service to and from our Lismore Dealership for each of our highly valued customers. This role is highly customer centric and suited to someone who loves to chat (and is an exceptionally safe driver).
What the role entails:
- Understanding the impact that exceptional service can have on the teams success through positive customer satisfaction and feedback following a completed job
- Pick up and/or delivery of people and vehicles, driving carefully and in accordance with road rules
- Meeting dealership standards and quality assurance
- Transferring customers to and from their points of destination
- Provide frontline customer service
- Assist with reception calls, administration and other ad-hoc duties
What we are looking for:
- An ability to provide a premium level of customer service
- Current manual and automatic drivers licence
- Well presented and enjoys dealing with people
