We are now seeking a Customer Service Officer - Full-Time to join the fun and vibrant Customer Service Team located in our Unanderra Trade Centre. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for assisting our commercial customer and our external sales team with their trade enquiries, and processing of their orders. This will include entering and managing orders whilst maintain a high standard of service that consistently exceeds expectations in our commercial space. What you can expect to do: * Provide internal support for our external sales team, including the production of customer quotations in accordance with recommended parameters * Own our customer experience through an easy and reliable approach * Processing orders, quotes in our management system, aligned to our internal agreements and KPIs * Facilitate and process customer orders in an efficient and timely manner * Oversee and work towards 100% deliver in full on time commitments to customers * Communicate progress and resolutions of customer issues to customers & stakeholders What we need from you: * Previous experience in the Trade or Building industry would be desired * Previous experience in supporting sales teams through internal sales support function * Friendly, outgoing and customer-centric approach to the customer service operation * The ability to support and embrace change * Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage deadlines * Experience in a data-entry role would be desired, but not essential Some of the benefits on offer when you join us: * A team-based workplace that supports flexibility and inclusion * Opportunity to actively support the local community * Further training, from product training to leadership development * Career opportunities within a large retailer * Team discount, incentives and offers from corporate partners * 12 weeks paid parental leave for eligible team members Please note that if your application progresses to the reference check stage, you may be required to submit a police check.
