About you: To be successful in this role you will have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You will have a proactive approach and enjoy working as part of a diverse, multi-disciplined team. Essential Qualifications: * Bachelors degree in related discipline (Finance, Accounting) * Current CA or CPA certification. Essential Experience: * Experience in current accounting and tax practices and demonstrated ability to interpret and apply accounting standards (AASB) and Australian tax regulations. * Experience in financial analysis and financial reporting including monthly/ quarterly management reporting and end of month processes. * Demonstrated experience and strong skills in using software applications (ie ERP/ accounting systems) and MS Office tools. You will be responsible for a wide range of accounting activities including end of month and year end processes and reporting, assist with organisations tax compliance requirements and provide advice and guidance in relation to accounting/ financial activities. Your responsibilities will include: * Contribute to end of month financial reporting requirements for local management and to the US and other reporting as required. * Review the end of month invoicing and accruals for unbilled revenue. * Preparation and/or review of monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations including confirmation of intercompany balances. * Contribute to Long Range Planning and forecasting processes as required. * Preparation of any returns or information for the companys tax compliance requirements including BAS, FBT, company tax.
