This government organisation in the Ipswich region are focused on providing a safe and constructive environment for growing minds. This facility is on the hunt for experienced maintenance officers to join a large team and work throughout their facility.
Your new role
You will be responsible for basic repairs and general handyman activities in and around the buildings and grounds. You will be doing the repair and maintenance of small machinery, while maintaining the centre grounds as required. In your role you will also be required to collect supplies and transporting items.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will be experienced in maintaining a safe, secure and productive working environment, which responds to the safety of staff and young people. You will need to be able to report and identify current and future needs. You must have a current drivers licenses and a working with children blue card or willing to obtain.
