Maintenance Technician

Your new company
We are currently working with a large maintenance and refurbishment company, who work on a variety of different projects all around the Perth Metro area. They are currently looking for 2 Maintenance technicians to join their team in a long-term role.

Your new role
You will be working in small teams of at least 2 members, working on sites such as schools, tafes, hospitals, and age care homes. You will need to be comfortable working at heights, as part of the role involves working on roofs - installing, fixing, and maintaining gutters and downpipes. You will also be required to complete other maintenance tasks such as: fixing ceilings, fencing, changing door handles, painting, and other maintenance tasks.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Experience working in maintenance
• Trade qualifications in – roof plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, etc. (Desirable)
• Experience working at heights
• Valid Working at Heights Certificate
• Blue/White Card
• Drivers Licence and work vehicle
