Due to our expansion of our portfolio of flexible workspace and office suites, we are currently seeking the services of a Product ManagerSpace on Demand to join our team. 

The Role

Our new workspaces will contain innovative solutions that lead the market in realising the workplace of future. The Product Manager will develop the technology strategy and roadmap for Space on Demand and Premium Suites and then deliver roadmap projects that create superior customer experiences.

Space on Demand products will range from collaboration solutions for meetings and workshops; solutions for hybrid working; smart office technology that improve experiences in our physical spaces; to digital solutions that offer convenience when interacting with GPT.

To be successful in the role, candidates will need to demonstrate skills and experience in partnering with stakeholders, developing strategy and roadmaps, providing advice and recommendations on technology solutions as well as delivering projects.

What you will be doing 

  • Partnering with stakeholders in GPT’s flexible workspace and office portfolio and providing recommendations for technology solutions
  • Developing  the technology strategy and roadmap for customer experience solutions in alignment to GPT’s flexible workspace and office portfolio business strategies
  • Enhancing customer experiences by leveraging and optimising use of technology
  • Researching, selecting  and procuring technology solutions and services and managing the relationship and performance of suppliers providing project and technology services.
  • Delivering projects outlined within the roadmap

What makes you stand out

You will need to be tertiary qualified and have significant experience in a relevant role and broad technical understanding of office workplace technologies, IT infrastructure, integration and data analytics, customer apps related technologies and a demonstrated ability to consult and provide technical advice at senior level.  

You will have the ability to articulate technical strategy and required investments to all levels of stakeholders, both internally and externally, combined with a deep level of IT and commercial acumen.

You will have a strong experience in customer experience design and strategy and project delivery

and you will have managed the procurement process of technology platforms and services as well as monitored the performance and relationships of 3rd party suppliers.

A natural coach and mentor, this would suit a senior IT professional who is passionate the customer experience and using technology to enhance the hybrid ways of working into the future.
