Do you have tertiary qualifications in the discipline of business, human resources, organisation development or other relevant area and/or experience delivering the full breadth of human resources services within a complex and diverse workforce? Do you havethe ability to communicate effectively, work collaboratively and influence and negotiate with a broad range of stakeholders including senior leaders, managers and staff? The purpose of this role is to partner with senior leaders and managers to provide advice and support across all areas of workforce management, and to build line manager capability in leading an engaged, high performing and capable workforce that drives the vision of Sydney Local Health District, our CORE values and our commitment to Patient and Family Centred Care.
