Workshop Assistant

Set In Steel is a local Fabrication company that specialises in Custom Made Quality Polished Concrete products such as Tables, Kitchen and BBQ Benches, Vanity tops and Basins, Floating Benches, Fire Hearths and many more unique designs.

We are on the search for team members who display a high level of expertise, problem solving and trade qualifications. If you have an eye for detail and strive to be the best at your trade, if you have trade qualifications in carpentry, joinery, custom concrete production, installation, then we would really like to hear from you. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR DRIVERS LICENCE and a reliable mode of transport. You MUST be able to demonstrate to us why you would be a good fit for our team by showing evidence of previous SKILLED work. You MUST take PRIDE in your work and strive to be a high performer.

We are currently seeking new employees with the following attributes:

• ATTENTION TO DETAIL A MUST
• Ability to think on the go and solve problems
• A self starter, on time and on task every day
• Organised, well presented, well mannered and polite
• Able to produce "A" grade quality work with an eye for detail
• Strong and healthy is a must
• Previous skills in carpentry, building, formwork, joinery, concreting will put you on top of the list
• Striving for EXCELLENCE in ALL that you do
• Ability to learn, take direction and follow procedures to the letter
• Excellent time management
• Have an interest in design and creation
• EXTRA-ordinary NOT ordinary in how you go about your work day
• Immediate start available to for the right people
