ROCKSALT Italian at Jannali has a delicious selection of Italian food — and if the name sounds familiar there are connections to Rocksalt at Menai and through shire chef, Aron Filetti, to La Cucina at Gymea, and Nineteen Bistro at Kareela. Add chefs Clay and Carol Chapple who formerly ran the restaurant at Kareela Golf Club and it becomes obvious that Jannali's Rocksalt has an impeccable background. The restaurant's menu lists mouth-watering dishes plus a first-class selection of wines. Asahi and Cricketers Arms beers are on tap, and diners should check the cocktail list. The friendly atmosphere and helpful staff combine to give diners many reasons to call again for a family get-together or an intimate dinner for two. The restaurant is an ideal venue to meet with friends for a social drink because its licence allows visitors to enjoy a cocktail, a cold beer or glass of wine without staying for dinner.
