Organisers and performers Tamara Campbell and David Evans have spent many years on the international festival scene and started the event in January 2012 to bring some of that culture, colour and spirit to Kiama.
The 2013 event promises to be even better with a great mix of street theatre, circus workshops and open-air cabaret.
Instead of putting up the big top this year, the organisers have teamed up with Ray White Kiama to put on a range of free shows in Hindmarsh Park.
These will continue over the weekend with acts including Benny B of Wollongong, Reuben Dot Dot Dot from Melbourne and Canada's Dado Show.
Street performers will also roam Hindmarsh Park today and tomorrow, bringing their eclectic mix of vaudeville, circus, clowning and comedy with them.
The festival also includes circus workshops for adults and kids aged four and up. These will be held at the Dance Sensations School in Brown Street until January 15.
New to the festival is the open-air cabaret. It's on at the Sebel Harbourside courtyard tonight, 7pm-9pm and the Jamberoo Pub beer garden tomorrow (5pm-7pm). Entry is free.
