Police say Joshua Duke, 30, is armed and dangerous.
He is wanted on four arrest warrants for break, enter and steal and steal motor vehicle offences committed in South Nowra and Windsor late last year.
According to police, on January 11, about 11.10pm, he rammed a police car when highway patrol officers attempted to stop his white Toyota LandCruiser on the Princes Highway at Foxground.
Police attempted to arrest Mr Duke again five days later in Nowra, when he allegedly ran from officers and got away in a stolen Ford Ranger ute. Police said a pursuit was terminated when Mr Duke again reversed into the police car, causing minor damage.
Mr Duke is of Caucasian appearance, with a medium build, 165-170cms tall with scruffy, balding brown hair, a bushy beard and brown eyes.
Police have warned members of the public not to approach Mr Duke as he is believed to be armed and dangerous.
Anyone who sees him should contact police immediately on triple zero.
