Your mission - if you choose to accept it - is to take part in her Can The Kilos community initiative. For every 500 grams or kilogram you lose, you donate the same weight in food to charity.
Mrs Munoz hopes to lose 20 kilos before the end of the challenge on May 1.
Add the weight loss efforts - and cans - of the 30 other participants who have signed up so far, and there'll be a tower of non-perishable food items for those in need.
"I recently heard positive psychologist Professor Martin Seligman speak at the Sydney Opera House," Mrs Munoz said.
"Part of his new theory of well-being talks about putting a positive spin on mundane tasks and I thought this could be applied to weight loss."
The mother of two only launched her Facebook page, Can The Kilos, on Wednesday night but already she has received a lot of interest.
"Every week participants will weigh in and then raid their kitchen pantry for a non-perishable food item."
Mrs Munoz has chosen MyPlace Youth Housing as the benefactor of the challenge. It provides accommodation for young people, aged 16 to 25, to break the cycle of homelessness.
