The storm that hit the South Coast in the early hours of this morning has caused a number of road closures.
The NSW Transport Management Centre reports that the Illawarra Highway remains closed in both directions between the Princes Highway and Tongarra Road at Albion Park Rail due to flooding.
The Illawarra Highway is also closed in both directions on Macquarie Pass due to a fallen tree.
Further south, the Princes Highway turn-off to Bombo is also closed due to flooding.
Jamberoo Mountain Road has reopened at the bottom of Jamberboo Mountain now that a fallen tree has been moved.
Traffic lights are also blacked out at a number of locations including Flinders Street at Five Islands Road in Port Kembla.
The train line has also been affected by the storms, with buses replacing trains between Bomaderry and Oak Flats due to a tree blocking the tracks near Berry.
There are delays to other South Coast line trains of up to 15 minutes.
