Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a head-on crash at Foxground that left a teenage cyclist seriously injured.

The 16-year-old boy was riding his pushbike on Foxground Road at 5.20pm on Wednesday when he collided head-on with a Nissan utility travelling north.
Emergency services were called and attended a short time later.
The teenager was airlifted to St George Hospital with multiple fractures to his arms and legs, as well as internal and head injuries.
The driver of the utility, a 34-year-old man, provided a version of events to police at the scene and was breathalysed, returning a negative result.
Police from Lake Illawarra Local Area Command are investigating.
