Bradley Max Rawlinson, Bernard Justin Spicer and Michelle Proud each pleaded not guilty to murder charges in the Supreme Court sitting in Wollongong on Tuesday morning in front of a fresh jury.
However Rawlinson offered to plead guilty to manslaughter, and Spicer to the charge of break and enter and commit an indictable offence.
Both plea offers were rejected by the Crown.
Crown prosecutor Chris Maxwell QC is expected to make opening statements in the case on Tuesday afternoon.
Ms Foreman died after her Corrimal home was set on fire on October 27, 2011.
