A Roads and Maritime Services spokeswoman confirmed the company was served court attendance notices for the fatigue-related breaches last week.

It is unclear whether the offences relate to maintaining work diaries or inadequate rest breaks.
Manager Tony McCabe denied any knowledge of the 200 breaches when the Mercury approached him at the company’s Waverly Drive office on Tuesday morning.
He said it was possible the court attendance notices were sent to his accountant.
He refused to comment on the issue further.
An online listing for McCabe Transport describes the company as providing ‘‘interstate bulk haulage’’.
Its fleet includes semi-trailers, flat tops, tilt trays and floats.
