Police will allege in Nowra Local Court that the woman had secreted a balloon containing 15 small tablets on her body.

Police suspect the tablets were steroids.

The woman attended the South Coast Correctional Centre on Saturday at 9.15am. She was spoken to by staff at the centre before producing the small balloon of tablets.
