The sharks were seen near five large schools of fish south of Port Kembla during two sweeps of the region’s beaches.
On Saturday, a lifeguard at Warilla Beach reportedly spotted a shark cruising through the second line of breakers about 3.45pm.
Bendigo Bank Aerial Patrol boss Harry Mitchell said no sharks were spotted from the air during four surveys on Saturday.
