A car flipped onto its roof during the accident, which occured just before 1pm on Memorial Drive.
Emergency services are at the scene of a car accident on Memorial Drive at Woonona.
Paramedics, police and Fire & Rescue NSW attended the scene.
A NSW Ambulance spokeswoman said the vehicles' occupants had managed to remove themselves from their cars.
One person was taken to hospital in a stable condition.
