Police are on the hunt for a man who allegedly stabbed a homeless man at Lang Park in Wollongong on Tuesday.

Wollongong Inspector Jim Fryday said the two men were arguing when the homeless man, 46, was stabbed in the leg with a ‘‘sharp object’’.
The accused then fled the area, Insp Fryday said.
The victim walked towards WIN Entertainment Centre and asked a bus driver for help.
He was treated at Wollongong Hospital and has since been released.
Insp Fryday said the accused was known to both the victim and police.
