Wollongong police are investigating after an armed robbery at a Woonona bottle shop on Monday night.

At about 8.20pm, two people entered Woonona Liqourland on Popes Road and approached the counter, threatening the attendants with a large knife.
The pair demanded cash, which the attendants handed them, before fleeing on foot.
No-one was injured during the incident.
One person was described as of Caucasian appearance, aged in their 20s and wearing black jeans and a dark hooded jumper, while the other was described as wearing a blue jumper and blue jeans. The thieves kept their faces covered.
Wollongong police and specialist forensic officers are investigating.
