Police allege the trio were throwing ballast from one platform to another when officers arrived at 2.20pm.
It is alleged the teens resisted arrest and assaulted officers, both at the railway station and at the police station.
A 14-year-old girl from Coniston was charged with resisting arrest, assault of a police officer (three counts), go onto or into or remain on or in running lines and leave an object on a running line.
A 17-year-old girl from Coniston was charged with assault police, resist or hinder police, use of offensive language in a public place and throw something at a train.
A 17-year-old boy from Coniston was charged with resisting police, throwing something at a train and escape police custody.
The girls were granted conditional bail to appear in Children’s Court on June 26.
The boy was refused bail to appear in Children’s Court on Tuesday.
