The mall will be transformed into an Italian piazza for Tutti in Piazza Multicultural Day.
Organiser Elena Molinaro said she most enjoyed sampling the delicious food available during the festivities.
"The food is the best part and also watching the children participate," she said.
"It helps people stay in touch with their Italian roots and celebrates our diversity in Australia."
Primary school children studying Italian in the region filled their stomachs earlier this week at a luncheon on Wednesday organised by the Illawarra Association of Teachers of Italian.
Italian Republic Day will be celebrated with a trivia night on Monday at the Fraternity Club in Fairy Meadow.
