Police attended a Bent Street, Warrawong, unit in relation to an outstanding arrest warrant at 11.40pm on Friday.
When they arrived at the unit, they saw the man holding a small bag containing the drug ice, police allege.
He will appear before Port Kembla Local Court in July.
