Helensburgh - Police and fire officers were called to Helensburgh Railway Station early on Saturday morning by Railcorp after a man was seen lighting a fire on the station platform. The man was arrested and was bailed to appear in Port Kembla Local Court in July.

Coledale - Two men were charged with break, enter and steal offences and refused bail after they were arrested early on Saturday morning. Officers from Wollongong were patrolling along Lawrence Hargrave Drive in Coledale when they sighted one of the men hiding behind bushes. As police approached a second male was located.
Warrawong - A 26-year-old man was placed under arrest on Sunday after police found a hunting knife, drug paraphernalia and a replica gun when they searched his car.
Kiama -Police are appealing for information after an attempted break-in at the Kiama Caravan Park between June 9 and 14. Park managers said 16 vans had also been damaged by attempted break and enters.
Kiama - A cash tin from a Wollongong Body Boarders event at Surf Beach, Kiama, was reported missing on Sunday morning. Cash paid by 30 to 40 people to enter the event was discovered missing after a storm hit about 9.30am, causing an organisers' tent to fall down.
