NSW Police Force divers found the human remains inside of the plane wreckage off Barlings Beach on Sunday afternoon.
The remains were recovered and taken for formal identification.
The crash also claimed the life of a 64-year-old Moruya man, Graham White, whose body was recovered shortly after the crash on Sunday, July 6.
Police, surf lifesavers and Marine Rescue NSW conducted an extensive sea and air search to locate the wreckage of the plane.
They located it in waters around 22 metres deep late on July 6 and police divers have been searching for the missing man since.
Police will attempt to recover the wreckage on Monday.
A brief of information will be prepared for the Coroner.
