Jack Hayden Rush and Declan Cameron, both 18 and from the Illawarra's northern suburbs, stand accused of two separate acts of vandalism on Sydney trains; the Otford incident, and another in which a train was damaged at Austinmer in June.
Both men appeared in Port Kembla Local Court on Tuesday charged with a combined 21 offences, including property damage, causing an obstruction on train tracks, possessing implements with the intent to damage property and disguising their faces with the intention of committing an offence.
Rush, who faces 12 of the 21 charges, pleaded not guilty to each one. Cameron is yet to plead.
Both cases were adjourned to September 9.
