Liam Jackson Forrester, 19, was granted strict conditional bail on Tuesday, as Port Kembla Local Court heard claims the teen was responsible for robbing Video Ezy and the King Street Caltex service station on July 28 and August 4, respectively.
Police allege Forrester put a red material shopping bag on the counter at both locations before producing the silver knife and demanding staff fill the bag with cash. He made off with almost $800 in total, documents tendered to the court claim.
Police allege they discovered Forrester's fingerprints at the service station robbery.
