The 34-year-old man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is accused of trying to kiss the woman, stick his tongue in her mouth and grope her on the breast at Windang between 11pm on January 25 and 1am on January 26.
The relationship between the pair has not been revealed in court other than to indicate it is a domestic one.
The man has also been charged with three counts of contravening an apprehended violence order, one of which relates to the indecent assault allegations.
The remaining two contraventions are alleged to have occurred on December 7 and December 31 last year.
The man has pleaded not guilty to all three contravention charges and will face a local court hearing on May 25.
The assault charges were adjourned to April 15 to give prosecutors time to serve the remaining evidence on the man's legal team.
