Dangerous surf conditions forced organisers to use an alternative course in a triangular shape from Bermagui to Mystery Bay/Tilba.
Stan Gorton of the Narooma News reported that Narooma masters’ crew was way out ahead doing a crew change near Camel Rock.
Moruya Surf Life Saving Club reported on its Facebook page that the composite Moruya/Long Reef crew won the open women’s leg and that the Moruya Vikings finished fourth in the open men’s event.
