This week I thought I would focus on a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program which can be very useful for keeping your home or small business under control. This is a program that is web based, so all you need is a Internet browser.
If you want to keep track of all of your customers and create some sales pipelines - then try Pipedrive CRM (www.pipedrive.com).
It allows you keep track of your contacts, and allows you to create deals through a very easy to use graphical sales pipeline.
Pipedrive CRM is a customer relationship and sales management software solution that was built to make the sales process less painful by making the pipeline visible and easy to use.
Pipedrive is highly scalable, always up to date, secure, and offers seamless integration with email, spreadsheets, calendars, etc.
Pipeline Sales View. Pipedrive gives a very straightforward, clean view of your sales cycle.
You are able to customize the different stages of the sales pipeline to fit your business, and each stage is laid out plain and clear in the “Pipeline” page of your account.
