JCI Illawarra vice president Kevin McDonald is chairing the committee overseeing the structured Mentor Me initiative starting in April.
“It is bringing together local business leaders of today with the leaders of tomorrow,” he said.
Mr McDonald said it was a structured program which will officially commence on April 26.
There is also be a halfway milestone event in July and a closing celebration in September.
The new JCII president for 2016 is Sarah Lisle.
