We've got racing tips fixed odds for you as another day of racing begins tomorrow and the Brisbane Winter Carnival continues.
So does TopBetta’s $250,000 Tournament with $100,000 up for grabs as a 1st Prize.
This tournament is by no means over and last weekend one punter showed how you could turn your $10,000 into $1.5million in the space of three bets.
Track condition: Good 4
Rail position: True
Race 4 no.2 BLUEBERRY HILL @ $16
Ridden upside down last start in fast time when she drew a tricky barrier. She is much better if ridden quietly and she will not at all mind the prospect of a wet track and the wide open spaces of Eagle Farm.
Race 8 no.6 FEDERAL @ $6
Another who will handle the predicted wet track on Saturday and looks ready to peak. He’s a talented sort and this is the exact kind of carnival race that is perfect for him. Top pick and expect he is well backed on Saturday.
Race 3 no.5 VOLKSTOK'N'BARRELL @ $2.80
Looked flat last start although not beaten far in a tough race. He looks under the odds and I’ll be betting around him come Saturday.
Rail Position: True
Track Condition: Soft 5
Track Type: Turf
Race 2 – NIMINYPIMINY @ $6.00
NIMINYPIMINY finds a pretty weak mares race with a nice fitness advantage on her side. She is on the quick back-up after running well in what looks likely to be a sound form race at the Sandown Lakeside track last Saturday. That should have topped her off nicely and the gap between her and the current favourite Holy Cow is far too large.
Race 8 – NAT'S THE BOSS @ $19.00
Underrated gelding who is racing very well and close to his peak. There is some question marks around a few of the fancied runners in this race and I'll be taking most of them on. Rated NAT'S THE BOSS $8 and he's a live chance in an open race.
Race 3 – DIVINE MR ARTIE @ $2.80
We were on him last week at 1400m and he ran super once again. However, stepping up to 1600m here on what will likely be a testing track once again might stretch him out a bit. Rated him $4 and expect he eases a little bit and is one of the early favourites the bookies take on.
Rail Position: TRUE
Track Condition: HEAVY 8
Track Type: TURF
Race 2 – RAVI @ $4.60
Highly talented lightly raced filly from the Snowden camp that could not have been more impressive in her first-up win. Feel she has returned a much stronger and furnished filly this time in and should be suited getting out to the bigger Rosehill track with the rail in the true position. As long as she handles the cut out of the track, she will take a stack of beating and expect her to be well supported on the day.
Race 5 – TROIS CHOIX @ $7
Returned in great order with a dominate fresh win on rain-affected going and then was rather disappointing last start at Randwick. Willing to forgive her the one run and feel she will be suited here with the cut-out. Expect her to start around the $4.80 mark.
Race 5 – DISTRAGHT @ $6
Won well two back in easier grade, and then hit the line ok last start but finding hard to see how she can turn the table on the winner and feel she is also better suited on firmer going. Happy to go around her at the current price but expect them to bet upwards of $8 between now and jump time.
