Degustation dinner for Illawarra Worldskills team

After being named 2016 Illawarra Apprentice of the Year at the NSW Training Awards chef Billy Fox is helping the region’s Worldskills team get to the national final in Melbourne in October. He is staging a five course fundraising degustation dinner this Saturday in the Sage Hotel ballroon to help Illawarra’s 26 competitors get to the three day competition. There are some tickets left on 4201 2111 for the event which will  also see the team uniform handed out.
