Emergency services were called to the Sydney Skydivers drop zone, off Picton Road, about 10.50am on Tuesday.
The woman, believed to be aged in her late 20s, was treated by paramedics for back and pelvic pain.
She was expected to be taken to Liverpool Hospital.
Sydney Skydivers director Phil Onis told the Mercury the accident involved an experienced jumper who “had a hard landing”.
“She’s got a sore back so they’ve just taken her to the hospital as a precaution, but she’s all OK,” Mr Onis said.
The woman was undertaking a solo jump at the time and had two parachutes, which both “opened OK”, he said.
