Big Fat Smile is running a School Holiday Fun Club program during the school holidays.

Fun Clubs are operating in 13 locations in the Illawarra.

On Wednesday children can get creative and build a mini world at Unanderra Fun Club.

And on the Friday these is a Sports Theme Day featuring an obstacle course, gymnastics, soccer, cricket and basketball at Wollongong East Fun Club. A full program of School Holiday Fun Club activities can be viewed at

During the school break children have participated in Go Karting, trampolining, bowling, creative arts, discos and excursions to the Sydney Royal Easter Show and Luna Park.

Families can choose to send their children to a different Fun Club location each day to take full advantage of the variety of activities and excursions on offer. Activities and excursions are delivered in a safe and supervised environment by professional, trained and high quality staff.

Big Fat Smile’s Fun Clubs are open to children aged from five to 12 with costs applicable for the child care benefit and the 50 per cent government rebate.

Big Fat Smile’s School Holiday Fun Clubs are an extension of their Fun Club after school service that operates throughout the school term.

Chief executive Jenni Hutchins said Big Fat Smile’s school holiday Fun Clubs were a way of supporting local families through the provision of exceptional interactive and safe programs delivered by highly qualified and professional staff.  

“Children love learning through building relationships with peers and fun experiences.  At Big Fat Smile, we provide opportunities for children to join with their friends in amazing and fun experiences to create life-long friendships,” she said.
