Dreaming Inside: Voices from Junee Correctional Centre Volume 5 is part of a project that began in 2012, steered by leading Wadi Wadi elder, activist and teacher, Aunty Barbara Nicholson and other mentors from the South Coast Writers Centre.
A number of readings from the anniversary edition will be presented on the evening by John Muk Muk Burke, Aunty Barbara Nicholson, Judi Morison, SCWC Director Friederike Krishnabhakdi-Vasilakis.
Keynote speaker for the night will be Indigenous author and academic Tony Birch.
The event is part of the Sydney Writers Festival and hosted by the South Coast Writers Centre and Black Wallaby Indigenous Writers.
