Mum Marina of Blackbutt at Shellharbour sent us a couple of photos of her sons Jacob, age 14, and his brother Jamie, age 10, and their flathead catch.
They used soft bait and also apparently caught a large jewfish or mulloway, as well but it was released before any photo was taken.
“The jewie was huge,” mum Marina said “I’m devastated we took no pic. Jacob is the keenest fisherman in the universe.”
Well done boys and great to hear that you released the jewfish!
